Our property development journey began not with a business plan, but with our own family.

As a husband and wife team, Ellie and Tim Brown started by creating homes for ourselves on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Like many families here, we understand what it truly means to raise a big family by the coast—the space you need, the flow of everyday life, the connection between indoors and out, and the balance between practicality and relaxed coastal living.

What started as personal projects soon evolved into a property development business built on lived experience. We quickly learned that our success came from knowing what works for families, what buyers are looking for, and what performs in the Northern Beaches market.

Alongside design-led outcomes, our developments have consistently delivered strong results through well-managed budgets, disciplined planning, and reliable project delivery. This commercial understanding—combined with hands-on involvement—has allowed us to create genuine value and sustainable profit across a range of development models.

Today, Ellie and Tim are both company directors, working closely with respected builders, architects, lenders, and brokers to deliver high-quality residential developments. Our experience spans subdivisions, land sales, demolition, DA-approved sites, and fully realised turnkey homes—complete with considered architecture, landscaping, and resort-style pools.
